Urate Shabani is a Kosovo–based actress active in film since 2018. She has appeared in several acclaimed international productions, including “The Hill Where the Lionesses Roar” (Dir. Luana Bajrami), “The Land Within” (Dir. Fisnik Maxville), “All Eyes On Us” (Dirs. Erenik Beqiri & Luana Bajrami), “Bored Bitch” (Dir. Trendelina Halili), as well as various other short and independent films.
Urate’s work has been showcased in prestigious film festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, Sarajevo Film Festival and PriFest, where projects she took part in have also been recognized with awards. Her performances stand out for emotional depth, natural screen presence and a strong ability to embody diverse characters.
She continues to expand her work in film, television and commercial projects across Europe.
